How It Works
Every Frequency Precision AIRlert sensor talks to a wireless AIRlert HUB. When an alert is triggered — a fall, a convulsion, a bed-leaving event, or a call button press — two things happen simultaneously:
- Locally: the nurse-call system and on-site pagers sound as normal — even if the internet is down
- Via the AIRlert Portal: your chosen contacts are notified instantly by WhatsApp, SMS, Phone AI, Telegram, email or the AIRlert LIVE Android app
The Green Tick — Closed-Loop RESPOND
One of the most powerful features of the AIRlert Portal is the closed-loop RESPOND system. When an alert is sent, any member of the care circle can tap to confirm they have responded — and everyone else sees the green tick instantly.
