AIRlert WIFI Gateway HUB

AIRlert WIFI Gateway HUB

£0.00 ex VAT
£168.00 inc VAT

The heart of a connected care system — and our own IP. The AIRlert WIFI Gateway HUB replaces the older IoT base station with a single unit that relays your wireless sensors, logs every event to the cloud, and raises the alarm across whatever channels suit your setup.

Free portal and app — no subscription. Manage everything from the AIRlert cloud portal and nurse-call app at www.AIRlert.co.uk: link multiple HUBs, review a full alert history, add or change recipients yourself, and choose which sensors each HUB listens to. The portal and app are free, with no subscription and no per-alert charge for the alerting itself.

One alert, delivered your way:

  • On-site pagers (POCSAG) for staff on the floor
  • WhatsApp and Telegram notifications — free over your existing internet
  • App and desktop notifications on any Wi-Fi device
  • SMS text to any mobile or landline handset — free within fair-use limits
  • AI voice calls to landlines, mobiles or telecare services — free within fair-use limits
  • Nurse-call trigger into an existing third-party nurse-call point (wired, no internet needed)

Open by design. The HUB connects outward to a growing range of systems — SmartHome platforms, cloud-based care systems, instant messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram) and telecare services. We publish an OpenAPI for integrators, and we're actively adding connections to more Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs).

Every sensor, one system. Bed, chair and floor pressure mats, convulsion/seizure mats, fall-detection watches, door/window sensors, motion sensors, call buttons and GPS pendants all feed one log, one portal, one set of alert rules — roughly 300 m line-of-sight range across wards, assisted living and residential homes.

UK designed and manufactured in Devon · Used in NHS and local-authority care settings · ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certified · VAT relief available for eligible customers.

20 years of UK service: we help you choose the right sensor, match it to your nurse call system, and repair or adapt equipment for years after purchase — not just a box shipped, but ongoing support for the life of the kit.

Setting up instructions

The (PDH) gateway "HUB" can be set up as a Wi-Fi gateway using its Wi-Fi captive portal with a smartphone or a computer. There is also a USB connector that plugs into a PC, and with our free application you can change its settings — for example whether it receives messages from all sensors in range or only some (useful when triggering a nurse-call point from some sensors while ignoring others, or when you only want certain alert types such as fall detections or low-battery service alerts).

Free PC HUB application for changing settings via USB (FP Hub Programmer GUI v2)

Viewing, linking and managing HUBs on our cloud portal: www.AIRlert.co.uk

Remote alert messaging: Non-smartphone devices, landlines and telecare services can be reached via AI voice calls or SMS when the HUB receives paging messages from sensors in range (all sensors, or predefined messages only). The HUB is also supported by popular instant messengers such as WhatsApp and Telegram — on Android/iOS and via desktop or web clients — so it can be used in several ways at once. All message-forwarding settings (adding mobiles and phone numbers) and logging are controlled remotely from www.AIRlert.co.uk, or by asking our UK support team.

WhatsApp setup: install on Android or iPhone, then link a device to use WhatsApp Desktop or WhatsApp Web so alerts appear on your computer too.
