This product adds £20 credit to an AIRlert User Ops account.
After you pay, Frequency Precision emails a one-time token to the checkout email. Sign in to User Ops → Credit, paste the token, and £20 is added to the account you are signed into.
Credit is used when a HUB channel (WhatsApp, SMS, or AI-CALL) has hit its send limit and still needs to send before the next cycle.
Anyone who redeems the token receives the credit, so treat the email like cash.
This is not a hardware product.
Change the quantity. Five is £100, ten is £200. You will receive one token for the whole amount, not one per unit.
Unused credit is refundable. Within 14 days we refund it in full; after that we refund whatever is left on the account, with no fee, back to the card that paid. Spent credit cannot be refunded because those messages have already been sent. Credit does not expire. Full detail is in the AIRlert LIVE terms of use.
AIRlert LIVE is an assistive care and community communication service. It is not an emergency service and not a life saving system. It is not a monitored alarm and not a replacement or fallback for professional telecare or the emergency services. If someone needs urgent help, call the emergency services. If someone relies on a monitored alarm or professional telecare, keep it.
The service is in beta and still in development. Features will change, and faults and periods of unavailability should be expected.
The portal currently runs on a single server with no failover, so if that server or its connection goes down the portal and message board are unavailable until it is back. Alerts are relayed through third party platforms we do not control and may be delayed or may not arrive. Please test the system regularly and use it only to assist in giving care.
